I’ve finally finished the replacement for the oh-so-common 3 leaf logo that moaned about before, and realigned and simplified the site a bit to suit the new style (clear out those caches!).
So (for the benefit of those reading this in their RSS reader), here it is:

Reasons, explanations and talk about the process I will leave for another time. There were a lot of rejected ideas that I’d like to show you at some point too.
As for the site, it will need further tweaking over the coming weeks. It’s a wider layout, and I want to implement a resolution dependant layout to accomodate those who browse narrower, as well update old stuff like the desktops. Again, living by the small steps mantra, rather than trying to get everything done in one go.
Update: Whoops. Turns out I’ve used the same typeface as Firewheel Design. I hadn’t noticed that they’d moved to Egret as well. If they didn’t have ‘design’ in their title as well, I’d tempted to say sod it, but I may have to rethink the type.
